Join us at 6pm on Saturday 9th September for a delicious dinner at Rennies for our AGM!

Contact Melinda (cathedrallandcare@gmail.com) to advise your attendance and come along to meet fellow Landcare members, hear more about what we've done over the course of this last year, what we're planning to do in the upcoming year and to hear from our guest speaker, Dennis Martin, talk about Soil Conservation and Landcare.

If you're having problems with rabbits on your property you're not alone.

Judging by the response at the Buxton Community Hall during our “Future of Buxton” community meeting a number of residents raised concerns about rabbits and the devastation they are causing.

The Cathedral Landcare Group (CLG), have decided to use a group approach in order to reduce the increasing rabbit problem in the area. As you are no doubt aware there are a number of methods possible to accomplish this. The three main ways of doing this are warren ripping, fumigation and shooting or a combination of any of these approaches.

If you want to eradicate rabbits effectively and receive a bit of assistance with the cost then join our very own subsidised local programme, run by Cathedral Landcare Group, for controlling rabbits on your property.

You need to sign up by Sunday 27th August.

Roll out in September.

Don't miss out.

Email, our Vice President, Phil Challen, for more information and to check if your property might be suitable: phil@littleriverwines.com.au
